The partnership will focus on developing interoperable hyperloop systems, testing these technologies in both the Netherlands and Spain, and facilitating efficient transportation of passengers and goods across borders.

Hardt from the Netherlands and Zeleros from Spain have formally entered into a strategic partnership to accelerate the development and deployment of hyperloop, the innovative mode of ultra-high speed, sustainable land transport. The two companies have solidified their commitment to hyperloop technology by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), setting the stage for close collaboration focused on both the technical and commercial aspects of this groundbreaking transportation solution. Their joint development roadmap aims to achieve technology convergence and interoperability.

The partnership will see the two companies work together to conduct hyperloop testing in the Netherlands and Spain, with the initial phase focused on joint testing and demonstrations at the European Hyperloop Centre. Together, they will focus on reducing the risks associated with hyperloop technology and prioritize the development of an interoperable system that can facilitate the smooth transport of people and goods across national borders.

Hyperloop technology, which involves autonomous vehicles traveling in low-pressure tubes, minimizing rolling and aerodynamic friction while optimizing energy efficiency and land use, is already being tested in both Spain and the Netherlands. The European Hyperloop Centre in Groningen, the Netherlands, and the HyperTrack project in Valencia, Spain, are just two examples of ongoing pilot initiatives.

Mars Geuze, Co-founder, and Chief Hyperloop Officer of Hardt Hyperloop, highlighted the collaborative spirit behind this partnership, stating, "Instead of competing, we are collaborating to make the hyperloop a reality in Europe and beyond."
