As of 1 January 2024 there will be personnel changes in the sales department of ČD Cargo. The new Sales Director is Věra Riederová, who previously held the position of Head of the Freight Wagon Management Department.
Vlasta Slavíková is not leaving the ČD Cargo Group, but is now the General Manager of ČD Cargo Logistics, where she will also strengthen the sales team with her experience and knowledge. In addition to traditional goods, she will also focus on new projects.
ČD Cargo is the largest Czech rail freight operator. It offers transport of a wide range of goods, from raw materials to high value-added products, container transport, exceptional shipments, wagon hire, sidings and other transport services. In terms of the annual volume of goods transported, they are one of the five largest railway companies within the EU member states.
