With this acquisition, Bulmarket is now strengthening its presence in Romania where they are already active with the company UNITED RAILWAYS ( 0,5 % market Share ).
Also, Bulmarket has a license for Serbia and is expected to start very soon. Bulmarket has done over 60 million euro investments in rail (locomotives and wagons ) over the last 3 years.
Deal is waiting to be approved by competition committee of Romania.
The company Bulmarket was established in 1996 in Ruse as its main business is relevant to the supply, production, storage, and wholesale trade of mineral and non-mineral energy products.
