Andrzej Pawłowski is a long-standing manager in the rail transport industry. He joined Ciech Cargo from CTL Logistic, where he was a member of the Board of Directors.

Pawłowski has been working for the railway since 1985 when he started his professional career. During that time he has held several management positions, most recently at CTL Logistic. During that time he was a member of the Board of Directors, Sales Director, and Operations Director of PKP Polish Railways.
Andrzej Pawłowski was succeeded in this position by Maciej Kempski. He continues to work for the company as a member of the Management Board.
